Mr. S K Roy, an engineer and MBA from IIM C and has an overall experience of over 25 years. Mr. S.K. Roy is responsible for handling the operations of GTL at large, and is responsible for building a globally scalable, business model across all revenue streams in GTL's value chain of Networks. Mr. Roy has over 25 years of experience in business management, Strategic Planning, Sales and Marketing in IT services, Telecom & System Integration Industries.   He has an extensive experience in management at various positions in GTL. He has been associated with GTL for over 10 years and has been instrumental in staring the ERP practice in GTL. Before GTL he has worked with companies like Philips and AT&T.

L.Y. Desai, Global Head - Sales & Marketing Close

Mr. L Y Desai as Global Head – Sales and Marketing, is responsible for driving the Global Sales and Marketing operations for all businesses of GTL with a focus on building new emerging businesses & International markets.   An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Desai has led all the facets of Marketing Strategy, with emphasis on Business Growth, Industry Leadership, Revenue Growth, Innovation, and Distribution leadership.   He has also been instrumental in handling several critical management positions including, setting up the North American operations, spearheading the Software & Internet Division of GTL, Investor relations and corporate communications and has served as a CFO of the group from 1992- 1998.   He passionately believes that effective, high-speed execution is as important as innovative strategy and enjoys achieving turnarounds in challenging markets and uncharted business environments.

H.K.Gohil, President - Telecom Engineering Close

Mr. Gohil is a B.E. in Electronics and has an experience of over 20 years, having spent his entire career in the telecom and associated technologies. In a career spanning over 11 years at GTL, Mr. Gohil has held several key leadership roles including heading the delivery. In his current role, he is responsible for handling the telecom engineering business.   He has experience in almost all the facets of business ranging from delivery, business development, pre sales to International business, and enjoys extensive relationships with global leaders like Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola, Nortel, Alcatel etc.

Mr. Pinakin Bhupendra Gandhi, an Electronic Engineer and an MBA, has over a decade of experience in Corporate Management. He brings with him a wealth of experience in Strategic Planning, Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Organizational Restructuring.   He acts as an interface between the various stakeholders and the senior management. His keen acumen, foresight, and understanding of business environment have helped the company charter its strategy.

Rahul Desai, Vice President – Risk Management Close

Rahul Desai holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Master's in Management Science from Bombay University. He has an overall experience of over a decade in Corporate Management. He has been associated with GTL for over a decade and has held several important assignments in Risk Management, Legal, and Mergers & Acquisitions.   In his role as Head - Risk Management Group, he has been instrumental in setting up the risk management practice at GTL and has played a key role in formulating policies, procedures and plans that help mitigate risks affecting GTL.
