At GTL, employees are not confined to their desks. Life here is brimming with events
all through the year to keep the employees charged and to give them the work life
balance from the otherwise hectic and monotonous work life.

|
An events calendar is drawn in the beginning of the year with a number of events
that would take place all round the year for the young GTLites. The calendar features
Picnics, Treks Outings for Employees Children and Fun Matches. Other than these,
there are other celebrations like Diwali, Christmas and the New Years Eve.
|
|
|
|
Also one of the mega events is our GTL Day Celebration, which occurs in the month
of December every year. We call it a mega event because here we have employees coming
in with their families and children to enjoy and spend the entire day at the GTL
premises. The entire office premise on that day looks bright and colourful with
all the decorations, stalls having wonderful displays of gifts and articles and
also some mouth-watering delicacies. Our very own talented, enthusiastic GTLites
are busy all day long entertaining the employees and their families by taking part
in the various activities like mono acting, dancing, singing, etc.

The belief is that events inculcate a feeling of oneness amongst GTLites while they
celebrate or participate in the events together. These programs are generally not
competitive, but a competitive element is sometimes added to enhance enthusiasm
to bring out the best in our people.
