Keeping a Positive Attitude at Work
> What you give in, you take out. What attitude do you keep towards your job?
Make a point of keeping a positive attitude and see if that is reflected around you.
> Look at your job with kind eyes.

List positive aspects of your job. Focusing on the good aspects of your job and feeling thankful for them, attracts more things to be thankful for.
> Talk about what works.
In every job, not everything goes well. Many people talk about what doesn’t work. Choose to make a difference and talk about what does work.
> Be diligent and proactive.
If you don’t like your tasks you will “suffer” longer if you delay doing them. And achieve a sense of accomplishment when they are completed.
> Be positive.
Don’t be a complainer. You don’t want to experience your life as one who can’t deal with what comes, but as someone who accepts what is and has a good attitude.
> Remember that everyone is doing the best they can with what they know at that moment.
Just like you, nobody has an instructional manual on how to do everything perfectly.
> Positive attitudes are contagious.
Relate daily to uplifting colleagues and you will see your positive attitude raise as well.
